Is the product accepted in traditional pallet wrap recycling streams?
Our product would be accepted in traditional recycling streams as the material still belongs to the same polyethylene (PE) class in terms of recyclability.
What is the feedstock for the ReCree8® resin?
ReCree8® resin is produced from 100% recycled post-consumer soft plastic waste.
Is there an opportunity for us to contribute to that feedstock?
As our recycling facility is in Malaysia, we can’t take any yet at this point due to the export ban introduced in 2022, however our management is currently working on a pathway to bring Australian feedstock to our offshore facilities, which is where our pallet wraps and other products are made, to create a circular economy solution for Australia.
Will the recycled content affect the wrap’s quality?
Not at all. Our PCR wraps have undergone rigorous testing and meet strict industrial standards. We can readily provide trials at your site for your team to evaluate the performance directly.
