Our Director Calvin Ng has an extensive history in manufacturing, having grown up around his family’s factories in Malaysia. After studying business and commerce in Australia, he launched Thinkpac to provide a trusted and reliable source of packaging, plastic bags, food containers and more for his clients.

First up, we’ll drop by your premises to have a chat and understand your needs. Then we will look at your requirements and propose creative solutions which will improve your operational flow, reduce costs and/or enhance your marketing image. We’ll also provide a long-term outlook on the ways we can work together to achieve your business goals.
At the factory end, we make sure our production team at the factory understands the requirements clearly before samples are prepared. These samples are prepared to show you before sign off (if required).
After ordering, you can let us know if you want us to store goods and deliver in pallets or send a container direct to your door.
We keep our regular lines in stock here in Australia so we can ensure efficient and hassle-free deliveries. If you have a bespoke order you may have a wait time of up to 10 weeks. Rest assured we’ll keep in touch to let you know the progress of your order.
